The 2020 International Calendar is available for purchase!
Featured in 2020 are the following current or former Peace Corps countries of service: Benin, Rwanda, Colombia, Namibia, Peru, Ethiopia, Kyrgyzstan, Tonga, South Africa, Myanmar, Uganda, and Armenia. In addition, the 2020 cover photo from Madagascar captures a slice of life on an especially tiny Malagasy island in the Indian Ocean.
The 2020 calendar offers fabulous photographs and interesting information about the cultures and peoples of these thirteen countries. Every dayblock in the calendar lists holidays, holy days, or other events observed somewhere in the world—from independence days to religious celebrations to the birthdays of people who have helped shape the world.
Want to know when to watch for meteor showers or solar eclipses in 2020? Or when the Buck Moon will make its appearance in the coming year? The International Calendar has all that and more—including the timing of new moons and all full moons. You can even look ahead to see what to expect in 2021, including many of the important moveable holy days in various calendar systems.
Want to know more? For each featured country in 2020, we’ve compiled recipes to try and music, films, and books to explore. Just click on the “Cultural Resources” button or check out “Educator Resources.”
You can buy calendars and notecards directly from us or you can “buy local”—from an RPCV group in your area. To find out if there’s a local group near you selling the 2020 International Calendar, click on Groups selling the calendar.
Contact us to see how your RPCV group can sell the calendar for your own fundraising efforts.
Notice of Price increase: Due to rising costs over the past few years, we’ve increased the price of the 2020 International Calendar to $15.00 each. This is our first price increase since the 2014 calendar—that’s six years without an increase!
For up to two calendars, the price is $15.00 each. But for those interested in purchasing more, our unit pricing gives you ever-increasing savings for larger purchases:
|1–2 calendars||$15.00 each|
|3–6 calendars||$14.00 each|
|7–30 calendars||$10.00 each|
|31–99 calendars||$9.00 each|
N.B. Notecard sets and Perpetual Calendar pricing remains unchanged.

I ordered a few mid season as I was unable to find them in a store back in December. Willy St. Coop was where I expected to find them, and did not. When my PC daughter was evacuated to Madison from Ukraine, I wanted to refresh her memory of this local product, so ordered a few.

This is an excellent gift and one I share with all of my former RPCVs! The pictures are exceptional and keep bringing back memories. The design is also done well and all of the celebrations make it more worldly. Keep up the excellent work!
LOVE THE WRITE UP ACCOMPANYING THE PHOTOS

I buy these calendars in memory of my husband, Dean M. Mahon, Cameroon 1975. They just about epitomize his life and give great comfort to his family.
Best calendar ever!

As demonstrated by our faithful purchases for the last decade, we are always pleased to send the Peace Corps calendar to our families and friends and to offer them to the international units at our university. Oh--and we always keep one for ourselves.
Overall excellent but wonder on the photo choices

I have given the calendar as gifts for many years and recipients have noted that the selection of photos is not clear when looking at the calendar for month, why was this one chosen. Some are obviously staged tourist events such as in Rwanda, and some do not seem directly related to a particular culture, such as two men on a bench or woman selling oranges. I guess we all want a
wow when we see each photo and for it to show us something amazing about the place, including for the people who live in that place. However, noting how difficult it is to pick the photos and agreement must be reached, the calendar is still outstanding and the information, graphics and art work is always excellent.
